Creating timeless furniture is dependent upon embracing styles and materials that transcend the normal confines of interior design, while conveying a sense of innovation and class. With a modern understanding of trends and an ageless belief in quality, Gabby designers draw their inspiration from both contemporary and traditional forms. Our mission is to create trendy, cutting-edge products with the capability to transform the way consumers view furniture, and to keep you in the know as we progress into autumn of 2014, here are a few of Gabby’s plans.
Our products display strength in design, as well as a unique incorporation of custom materials. Faux shagreen, bone, horn, eglomise, reclaimed wood and antique French newspapers are all featured in our designs, and we pride ourselves on having found success in such a competitive market. This fall, we’re proud to announce our newest addition, a spot on the Inc. 5000 list. This list includes 5,000 independent U.S. companies that all generated at least 2 million dollars in revenue last year. We’re extremely grateful to be added to a list of the fastest-growing private companies of 2014.
Included in our appreciation of worthy materials is a love of handmade pottery. Set to be released in the coming weeks, our new pottery line features unique and complex patinas, which are typically created by the oxidation of metals over time. Some of these items are barnacled, some are flaked in bright gold and cool blue, while others feature muted, warm taupes and beiges. The subtle, yet vivid, aspect of these patinas make our pottery a stand-out decorative addition to any space.
Our sturdy potteries are made with controlled outdoor environments in mind, and each silhouette is purposely intended to reflect a transitional nature that works well in a variety of other contexts. Available pottery pieces include temple and water jugs in a wide selection of colors and sizes.
We love to personally connect with our customers, and this October, the High Point Market will give us the opportunity to do just that. We’ve worked hard on our showroom display and product lines and hope to generate a positive response from our visitors. This year, we’ll continue to highlight our Gabby Tailored custom upholstery collection, our prized transitional accent pieces and our expanded accessories collection. The High Point Market is the largest furnishings industry trade show in the world, and we’re excited to join the more than 75,000 people who will attend this year.
