An Inside Look at Gabby’s Quick-Ship Essentials Program

The most consistent feedback Gabby has received from our customers is that they love our products so much that they wanted quicker delivery. Our goal then became to create an in-stock program for Gabby in styles that we feel are “Gabbycentric,” representing what the line is all about. We selected  55 casegood skus and 9 tailored frames to be part of our Essentials Program, which is a quick-ship program that we keep in stock so that they will be ready to ship to our customer quickly once the order is made and credit is approved.

Ginger Goff of District 5 Interiors in North Carolina, one of our many customers taking advantage of the Essentials Program, has found great success with the new Essentials Program. “We order the Amelia and Arnold chandeliers, Diana Mirror, Jolene Side Table, and Janice Chest among other items just about every other week,” she says. “In today’s world everyone expects instant gratification so the fact that we can get them so quickly is great for our customers.”

The Essentials Program offers a variety of pieces in lighting, seating, tables, consoles, storage and tailored. The tailored collection offers a choice of three fabrics: Kasler Cream, Linen Dove, and Savvy Caviar.  Anything with an exposed leg is available in walnut and anything with a nailhead is available in antique brass. Customer favorites such as the Baldwin Swivel, Clay Chandelier, Cyrano Coffee Table, Adams Dining Table, King Counter and Bar Stool and the Marilyn Chest are all included in the Essentials Program.

 

The Margaret Table Lamp continues to be an important part of the Gabby Essentials Program.

Schon Duke, Vice President of Sales, agrees that the Gabby Essentials Program has been a game changer for our dealers because they can access our stock so quickly. “The feedback has been phenomenal,” says Schon. “The program has been huge for Gabby because product comes in and sells so fast, our dealers want faster access so they can keep it on the floor.”

 

One thing that makes the Essentials Program so successful is that no new items will go into the collection, they’re really tried and true products. We’ve chosen a wide cross section of case goods, dining, night stands, mirrors and lighting in all different types of materials.

“What has made this program work is that we’ve got a wide selection of product and we’re not pigeon-holing one type of thing,” says Schon. “The cool thing about Gabby is we’re broad enough to be a one-stop shop where it doesn’t matter what you’re looking for, we have something to work for every area of your home.”

The Essentials Program will continue to evolve to grow and change with our customers’ needs.
